Books and films influence our culture.   I remember Black Beauty, Flicka, and a few other whose names have long since left memory.  I remember The Black Stallion, and The Saddle Club series.   I devoured books as a young girl.  What horse books or films that you adore now or loved as a child?

The second question for today is more along the lines of a SAT type question.

Rover is to dogs as ______ is to horses.

In my stays at various barns, Prince, Cody, and Lacy were common names.  What names are common in your barn or at shows?
